Volunteers
Like many activities, volunteers are what make a successful program
and event. It takes many volunteers of all ages and skill levels - we've
listed some of the more frequently asked questions below.
Who can be a tournament volunteer?
- School staff members
- Parents and Grandparents
- 6th Graders who are not competing
- Middle Schoolers
- High School students
- Friends & Neighbors
How many volunteers does it take?
We offer a ratio of one volunteer to every four participants. (We
needed more than 200 volunteers for the Rocky Mountain Cup Stacking Championships
event.)

- Judges and Timers (requires training, we will help, contact

- Relay Managers
- Leader Board and Registration workers
- Runners

What is the time commitment?
WSSA will help train and schedule (we have demos and written info
and brief training sessions).
We encourage you to have a 'Volunteer Registration' form along
with your Registration Pack materials. Ask volunteers to Indicate
their availability for scheduling purposes.
What
is a "Volunteer Refund Program"?
We suggest a Registration fee partially or fully refunded for stackers whose
family members volunteer (one fee per one volunteer). |
