NOTICE: Participants and other users (individually and collectively referred to as "you") entering or using this Club Hub web-site and the web-pages therein (the "Club Hub Site") accept full responsibility for use of the Club Hub Site and hereby agree to hold the Word Sport Stacking Association and Speed Stacks, Inc. (individually and collectively referred to as "WSSA and Speed Stacks") as well as their officers, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, directors, agents, service providers, suppliers and employees harmless from any claim, demand or damages or harm suffered by you or any third party, including any minors under your care, directly or indirectly, arising out of the use or access to the Club Hub Site and/or its contents and interactions or contact with organizations and/or individuals found on or through the Club Hub Site.

YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THERE ARE RISKS AND DANGERS ASSOCIATED WITH COMMUNICATING AND SHARING INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES. NEITHER THE WSSA OR SPEED STACKS ASSUMES ANY RESPONSIBILITY IN SAFEGUARDING OR PROTECTING THE IDENTITY OR GENERAL WELFARE OF ANY INDIVIDUAL CONTACTING OR OTHERWISE COMMUNICATING WITH ANY THIRD PARTY LISTED ON THE CLUB HUB SITE. You understand that all postings, text or other materials ("Content") posted on, transmitted through, or linked from the Club Hub Site, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. You understand that WSSA and Speed Stacks do not control, and are not responsible for Content made available through the Club Hub Site, and that by using the Club Hub Site, you will be exposed to Content that is outside the control of WSSA and Speed Stacks. Furthermore, the Content available through the Club Hub Site may contain links to other web-sites, which are completely independent of WSSA and Speed Stacks. Your linking to any other web-sites is at your own risk.
